About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for lead qualification, customer relations, and providing support to the sales team. In your daily work, you will be the first point of contact with warm leads to sell the world-leading production tools Articulate, Vyond, and Docebo, as well as TicTac's own platform Skillhabit.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for qualifying incoming leads
• First contact with potential customers and scheduling meetings
• Support the sales team with notes, quote creation, and order management
• Optimize CRM data (Pipedrive) and manage sales campaigns
• Handle Excel lists and renew customer contracts

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have experience in B2B sales
• Have experience working with CRM systems
• Have good knowledge of Excel
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional knowledge of a Nordic language is a big plus.
